I was riding my skinny-tire bike the other day, yes I do own one and it has drop bars, and I noticed a fellow cyclist going in the same direction and thought "what the heck is on the back of their saddle?". As I approached the rider they had what resembled a hockey-bag strapped to the rails of their saddle (Now I have to preface the story that this was not a commuter).
